ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in testing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules
  • Demonstrated experience in processing payroll with an in-depth understanding of payroll processes
  • Extensive testing experience within IT environments, specifically related to payroll systems
  • Expertise in defining and reviewing test approaches and test artefacts for payroll functionalities
  • Knowledge of industry test automation tools used for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Module testing
  • Comprehensive understanding of a range of testing techniques applicable to payroll systems
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and reviewing test approaches and test artefacts
  • Test automation experience
  • Scripting / coding skills - preferred
  • Solid commercial IT experience, industry knowledge and at least extensive testing experience
  • Degree in IT or related field – preferred
  • Ability to implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate feedback to relevant teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and processes and build appropriate testing solutions.
  • Ability to document Quality Assurance artifacts and develop quality test processes

Responsibilities:

The People & Culture HRIS and Payroll QA Analyst will report to the QA Squad Lead and work closely with the P&C Technology & Systems team, owning all quality assurance activities. As the quality champion of the team, the Analyst will implement agile software delivery practices with a focus on continuous improvement. The Analyst is responsible for conducting functional testing and overseeing the overall quality process for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Modules
The People & Culture HRIS and Payroll QA Analyst is responsible for preparing, executing, and reporting on all aspects of HRIS and payroll system testing, adhering to a risk-based QA approach specific to these domains. The analyst should have a deep understanding of QA principles and is responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and processes throughout the delivery cycle of HRIS and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute QA for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Modules and their integrations, leveraging both technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and deep functional understanding of HRIS and payroll processes.
  • Analyse test results, investigate, report, and track product failures, proactively improving areas with higher defect trends, specifically within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Modules and payroll integrations.
  • Deliver QA effectively and efficiently, providing recommendations on testing tools and processes such as test automation and API testing, with a focus on performing QA for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Modules and testing payroll integrations.
  • Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of automated and manual regression test suites to ensure they are relevant, current and prioritised according to business severity or high risk areas.
  • Ensure clear tracing between product requirements, delivered code, and verification of test cases, aligning closely with SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Support in the delivery of quality application changes through analysis, planning, creation and execution of test strategies, test cases and procedures
  • Collation and reporting of test results throughout the stages of the development lifecycle relating to the organisation’s Testing Methodology
