POSITION SUMMARY
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to develop, retain, and engage employees while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role oversees key programs in training and development, performance management, employee wellness, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). Additionally, this role provides strategic support to managers by offering resources and guidance to enhance team performance.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with approximately 10 years of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field a plus.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Ontario Labour and Employment Legislation, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Employment Equity Legislation.
Responsibilities:
Manages Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and internal/external program developers and instructors.
