We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to Netherlands, Heerenveen. The position is an interim placement for a fixed-term duration of six months. We are preferably looking for someone who can start immediately.
People & Culture Manager (fixed term / interim)
In this position you will have the responsibility of leading our people operations in Netherlands, working in close collaboration local management team. In addition, you will be part of our global People & Culture team, consisting of 20 professionals in seven countries. You will report directly into the Chief People Officer and with a dotted line to the Dutch CEO. In Netherlands we are around 80 employees, and altogether we are over close to 700 employees in the Epassi Group, and growing rapidly into new markets and countries!

Responsibilities:

Align Epassi’s people strategy with our business strategy to achieve our targets
Drive initiatives that develop culture, inclusion and engagement
Work with both broad scale of strategic, operational and tactical responsibilities within People & Culture
Drive and implement our key people processes and services locally (e.g. salary review, employee engagement surveys, performance reviews)
Partner with our business and part of the local Management Team in the Netherlands
Guiding and coaching line managers in employment and organizational matters
Minimum of 3 days presence in the Heerenveen Office is required
