ABOUT THE ROLE:
Four Seasons New York is seeking a People & Culture Manager who embodies a passion for excellence and demonstrates unwavering enthusiasm in fostering a positive, service-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage employees at all levels, ensuring the highest standards of service and employee care are consistently upheld. This role requires a collaborative leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to nurturing talent, and the ability to cultivate an inclusive and motivating workplace environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate for line-level and management roles
- Manage and oversee employee leave of absence programs and workers’ compensation
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely enrollment and eligibility tracking.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with all employees
- Maintain and manage employee data within Workday and ADP systems
- Actively participate in Embark, new hire orientation program
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while ensuring strict confidentiality of People & Culture matters
