We are looking for a part-time People & Culture Manager to join our vibrant team in Berlin. This is a part-time role (32 hours/week) with the potential to make a significant impact on the growth and culture of our company.

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hiring: Attract, interview, and hire top talents.
- People’s success: Ensure the team is set up to thrive in their roles from on-boarding onwards.
- Payroll & Admin: Manage payroll, hardware setup, and team admin.
- Events & culture: Foster team & office culture through events and team days.
- Office Management: Take care of the day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- German native level + Fluent in English is a must
- Based in Berlin
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulation is necessary
- Experience as a business administrator or in para-legal is a big plus.
- You’re an excellent executioner: You’re someone who gets things done, without compromising on quality.
- You’re organised & structured: You can prioritise easily and you are excellent at planning.
