Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) operate high quality Early Childhood Education and Care and Outside School Hours Care services across the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney. We work to provide children, families and local communities with caring environments that nurture spirituality, a love of learning and promotion of individual health, safety and wellbeing.
SCECS is responsible for over 6,000 children and over 700 staff and we are now looking for a dynamic manager to join the head office executive team to grow a workplace culture that is inviting, inclusive, safe and inspiring.
Our Manager of People and Culture will provide expert guidance, advice and support on a range of strategic, industrial, functional and operational influences. The role will assess and anticipate a breadth of HR related needs including (but not limited to) organisational development, talent management, staff development and learning, workforce relations, work health and safety, and HR reporting.
The position sits on the SCECS executive and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
