This is a part-time role (3-4 days per week) that offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
As our People and Culture Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to align with the hotel’s business goals.
- Oversee the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment to retention.
- Support and coach managers to foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership.
- Drive colleague engagement through innovative communication initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain high standards of employee wellbeing.
- Collaborate with senior management on talent development, succession planning, and training programs.
- Use HR metrics to inform decisions and provide actionable insights.
