About the role:
This newly created full-time 12 month contract People and Culture Officer role forms part of our amazing People and Culture (P&C) team, working closely with our P&C Business Partners and broader clinical teams who are at the forefront of healthcare in Australia and New Zealand.
What a typical day involves:
No two days will be the same, so as a respected and appreciated People and Culture generalist, you will work side by side with P&C Business Partners and other members of the P&C team to create and execute a variety of activities including providing advice, conducting exit interviews, collaborating on reporting and projects as well as making innovative recommendations.
Another day, you could be supporting employee relations such as advice on policies, legislation, awards, EBA’s Workers Compensation and RtW programs, workplace investigations and grievances, to issuing employment contracts and contractor agreements supporting the entire onboarding process to drive a great new employee experience!

If this interests you, we are looking for you to bring:
A passion for healthcare where you hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources along with experience within a people and culture team (ideally a minimum of 2 years exposure in HR), be organised, proactive, efficient, and have a positive approach. The ability to take initiative and champion continuous improvement. Ideally, experience in HCM, preferable Sage or Workday and knowledge of system/database administration with the ability to analyse and make improvements to systems and processes.
