Overview:
Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) is currently recruiting for a People and Culture Partner to join their growing team.
As People & Culture Partner, you report to our People and Culture VP. You’ll be responsible for supporting on HR issues such as mergers and acquisitions, compensation, recruitment, TUPE, relocation, diversity, training and organisational development.
This is an exciting role, where you will act as the complete business partner for “all things HR” within GBS, as well as working with the wider People and Culture Team.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Previous business partnering experience, ideally in financial services, Retail, Tech, Communications, or Marketing industries.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and TUPE.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable to various environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and previous experience to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to influence key decisions through deep subject matter expertise.
  • Discreet handling of confidential matters.
  • Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation, policies, procedures, compliance, and practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and change management.

About you:
