Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferably human resources or a related field
  • approximately 3-5 years of experience in HR and project management
  • strong analytical skills with expertise in data, reporting, and creating actionable insights
  • hands-on, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
  • fluency in English
  • experience in the industry is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities:

global engagement survey

  • take over and lead the execution of the global engagement survey, including follow-up actions and communication worldwide
  • develop action plans based on survey results, supporting businesses in creating/sharing action plans and where meaningful ensuring alignment across businesses

onboarding programme development

  • enhance and standardise onboarding processes across Aalberts to create a consistent and impactful experience

people & culture KPIs

  • support the development, monitoring, and reporting of people & culture KPIs related to the strategic roadmap
  • drive improvements and provide insights to strengthen HR’s impact on the business

diversity & inclusion

  • review and refine the current D&I policy in collaboration with the talent & learning manager to ensure alignment with organisational goals

people & culture communication

  • assist with P&C communications through the organisation’s platforms to enhance engagement and visibility

    strategic alignment

  • stay up-to-date with Aalberts’ 2030 strategy, as outlined during last year’s Capital Markets Day, ensuring projects align with long-term organisational goals
