THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Compensation you will support with activities to:

  • Determine wage guidelines and eligibility, contributing to the development of recommendations to the business that drive performance with strategic and competitive compensation
  • Implement, launch, and renew our benefits programs, including eligibility, enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Determine allowance guidelines, escalate opportunities for program improvement and contribute to delivering effective recommendations to the business to support professional needs
  • Establish bonus guidelines and recommendations to incentivize, recognize and reward results and commitments
  • Administer stock option programs to drive and reward long term business performance
  • Successfully execute all compensation & benefits programs by continuously improving people, processes, technology, and tools
