Description:
Due to our continued success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our growing HR team in Plymouth on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be joining a team of friendly HR Coordinators led by Nicola Cloke (People Delivery Admin Lead) within the wider People Delivery team headed by Kerri O’Driscoll (People and Reward Manager).
This is a varied role where you will work with colleagues across HR to provide support on administrative tasks relating to performance, employee wellbeing, benefits, and more. You’ll take pride in delivering a professional and efficient service to internal clients and be well-organised in your work.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to HR team members with a range of administrative tasks, including:
- Data inputting, data reporting, and dealing with the preparation and analysis of Management Information as needed.
- Collating information and producing letters in conjunction with HR colleagues relating to communications with employees across a range of confidential matters
- Coordinating interviews on behalf of our Recruitment Team
- Supporting onboarding processes, including offer documentation (letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions), and onboarding activities (pre-employment checks, references, sanctions check)
- Creating new employee records, ensuring information is complete and accurate for handover to the HR team.
- Providing updates to internal teams regarding new initiatives or enhanced benefits offerings
- Assisting with project work, including improvements to our people system and annual activities
- Dealing with first-line enquiries in the HR mailbox and supporting employees with wellbeing and policy implementation
