To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a working student to join our People team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will work closely with the Lead People Operations to onboard yourself into Distribusion’s current People practices and processes.
• You will execute People Operations tasks in full detail and quality.
• You support the employee life cycle, such as Onboarding, implementation of new HRIS, Engagement, Office management and Company Events.
• You will partner with the other People functions on all aspects of employment experience.
• You will foster excellence in the support, motivation, retention, and growth of our talent.
  Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
  We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
