Salary: £29,697

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE ROLE OF PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT OFFICER, PART OF THE PEOPLE TEAM AT BOURNE EDUCATION TRUST.
Our new colleague will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment by organising employee engagement events, creating and sending colleague communications and onboarding new staff to the BET Central team. The People Engagement Officer will join us in promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture within Bourne Education Trust.
Based predominately at our Central Team office at Jubilee High School you will be joining a group of creative and dedicated education experts and industry specialists. Bourne Education Trust is a forward thinking organisation whose mission is to transform schools and change lives.
