The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute events and initiatives under Engagement and Culture
• Craft internal communication materials for engagement initiatives
• Communicate requirements and timelines to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with local offices to execute the deliverables for each initiative
• Gather and analyse data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance our employee engagement strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in employee engagement/wellness/inclusion would be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven and meticulous
• Collaborative and possess a positive attitude
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
