Nostra is exponentially growing and we are looking to hire a People Experience Administrator to join our growing People Experience team here in our Dublin office.
The Role: People Experience Administrator
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with MS Office products or HR Systems required.
Experience in a similar role advantageous.
A positive “can do” and forward-thinking mindset.
Ability to adapt to change within a fast-paced organisation.
Third Level Qualification in H.R. or similar is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that accurate and up to date employee records are maintained in the HR System.
Manage the creation and issuing of employment documentation, pre hire checks and orientation sessions.
Support the recruitment process including scheduling and co-ordinating interviews.
Process offboarding of employees, contractors and interns.
Work closely with Finance to provide timely payroll information.
Manage employee visa applications and renewals.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Support the team in relation to process improvement and projects.
