YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science
- Strong functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding operational processes and ability to define process improvements.
- Can communicate effectively
- Strong HR expertise, with experience working with multinational teams
- Exposure to HRIS preferably SuccessFactors

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The purpose of this role is to consolidate all HR administrative tasks into a single, cohesive team, ensuring that all processes are meticulously documented, streamlined, and executed seamlessly to enhance the overall employee experience. The People Experience Lead will supervise and manage a team of HR specialists, overseeing the delivery of transactional and administrative HR services with a focus on quality, timeliness, and excellent customer service. This role requires experience in managing HR service delivery and a keen eye for detail.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of HR specialists to deliver high-quality HR services, ensuring timely processing of requests and resolution of complex issues.
- Monitor team performance, maintain key performance indicators, and manage escalated issues, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other teams to maintain quality and implement best practices in KNGS HR.
- Enhance employee experience by improving processes, HR responsiveness, and centralizing HR administrative activities.
- Document all HR processes, build comprehensive process maps, and ensure team members are informed of policy and process changes, new systems and tools, and relevant information.
- Supervise daily team activities, set priorities, and coordinate work with other teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate in internal and external projects, establish standards for handling HR transactions, and ensure employee experience is at the center of everything HR does.
- Motivate, develop, recruit, and retain employees, cultivating a culture of impactful teams and managing team performance to achieve target KPI scores.
