Responsibilities:

- You have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law.

- You pride yourself on your ability to build strong relationships - quickly. You instill trust, naturally influence and take a personalised and collaborative approach to strong stakeholder engagement , communicating excellently throughout.
- You have strong technology & digital literacy – you have hands on tech experience optimising digital solution platforms and tools.
This role will be instrumental in supporting our leaders and teams, shaping our evolving culture, developing an environment of continuous improvement where our teams thrive and achieve lasting success and high performance.
- Ideate, co-create and execute on key work streams and projects, designing and shipping products within the People Roadmap across Lawfront autonomously and collaboratively.
- Act as a change agent, guiding the organisation through transformations and ensuring a positive employee experience throughout.
- Designing, delivering and embedding change initiatives across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Recognise that not all employees are the same, customising to the unique needs of different employee segments.
- Process optimisation - evaluate, streamline and enhance people processes and initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Upskilling, coaching and developing our people leaders.
- Create and manage communication plans and campaigns to enhance employee experience.
- People operations – manage people operations at all stages of the employee lifecycle within designated functional areas.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, driving solutions and collaboration, keeping up to date with Employment Law (UK).
- Advise on employee benefit products.
- Provide support in the development and updating of people policies and procedures
