Job Description
People Generalist role will provide comprehensive support in implementing people processes, initiatives and solutions by supporting the people agenda for all the group functions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and Business Line HR, gaining insights into a business-driven HR agenda.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably an academic degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in HR operations with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
  • Expertise in managing employee records in compliance with Data privacy regulations.
  • Proven experience in policy implementation and HR procedures.
  • Previous experience in Training initiatives, career development and employee engagement activities.
  • Competent in HR reporting tools and analytics.
    Additional Information
    This is a full time permanent position based in Stockholm. You will be part of a central People Generalist Team - reports into People Manager for Central HR H&M Brand. Apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible, but no later than 6th October 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR initiatives or projects related to the assigned Business Functions.
  • Provide support to the employees or managers as applicable while implementing people processes and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making and report on key performance indicators to business units.
  • Provide support with union negotiations as applicable.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
