POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • As a People Head, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by leading key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Planning and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organization’s goals, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and retention processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Training and Development: Establish training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent disciplinary actions.
  • Strategic Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in a relevant field such as business administration, HR, psychology, or organizational psychology; an advanced degree like an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of extensive HR experience, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, and organizational development.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a management position.
  • Experience in change management and strategic planning within the HR function or across the organization. Strong
  • understanding of employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Experience working in startups is a must. Payment industry background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally fluent Portuguese .
