ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join us at Keep as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, a role where your unique blend of experience in recruitment and human resources becomes the backbone of our commitment to talent excellence. In this pivotal position, you’re not just filling roles; you’re shaping our company’s future by bringing in top talent. Your strategic approach and profound understanding of talent acquisition will drive the success and evolution of our recruitment initiatives in the fast-emerging landscape of fintech.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the administration of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Build and analyze reports to support decision-making and provide insights to the people team.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance on people-related matters.
- Support the coordination and administration of training and development programs.
- Support the administration and development of the different offsites to be carried out by the different teams.
