As People Lead/People Business Partner, your role sits within the People Team.
Being a People Lead/People Business Partner at Elvie means no two days are likely to be the same. We are a fast-paced business with 200+ people based across London, Bristol, US, and the EU. As a People Lead at Elvie, you will partner leaders and managers at a strategic level, helping them consider everything from how they deliver high performance, partnering on organisational design, supporting and developing teams and ways of working, coaching leaders and dealing with any employee relations issues that crop up. You will also be charged with leading on different elements of our People Strategy which focus on building the Elvie spirit, improving the people experience, and ensuring we are building for sustainable growth.
Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol office 2 days a week & working remotely
Employment type: Temporary, 12-month FTC (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK) and we are open to part-time/4-days a week contracts for this position
