Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
As a People, Learning and Development Lead (Senior Information Security Consultant) within the Information Security Group (ISG), you will be responsible for implementing running initiatives earning and development initiatives across ISG that are designed to improve ISG’s overall workforce. The role will involve utilising current tools and initiatives to develop monitor and implement improvements for ISG’s overall workforce in areas such as Cyber Security skills, training and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Research, recommend, and implement innovative and effective approaches to learning and development for Cyber Security Professionals within ISG
- Develop and promote learning and development opportunities internally (and externally as appropriate)
- Monitor, review, and report on the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with existing L&D working groups and lead the ISG L&D working group.
- Recommend improvements implement deliverables such as increase ISG Inclusion Diversity, Improve WIL, organise leadership and Cyber training across ISG
- Develop and manage resource prioritisation, capability planning, training and forecasting across ISG, including Workforce plan.
- Monitor and Implement improvements to operational key controls such as Mandatory training, Fire wardens, Staff performance management process and Prescribed Health and Safety activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience and be self-driven. In addition to this, your skills may include:
- A passion for cyber security and helping ISG staff grow and develop to not only be a great place to work and build together our talent to be world class Cybersecurity professionals.
- Ability to prioritise track and multiple initiatives and drive outcomes.
- Have an understanding of position types, DEI initiatives, workforce management etc.
- Understanding of Role types (Run / change / clarity)
- Experience in cyber security or keen interest to learn
