REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in Human Resources
  • Demonstrable experience of working in Human Resources and continually looking
  • for ways to improve and deliver to high standards
  • Experience of working in a commercially focused environment, dealing with
  • changing situations
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the
  • business is essential to the success of this role
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills & Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects/deadlines
  • Continually seek to improve ways of working, both in role and across the wider
  • business
  • Ability to think critically and find workable solutions to situations

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all employee related queries for wholesale and retail
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment, knowledge sharing best
  • practice about ways of working at all times
  • Manage any employee relations cases or issues that may arise
  • Performance management and succession planning for all employees
  • Oversee the recruitment process including conducting interviews
  • Oversee new hire process and exit process
  • Lead on trainings and learning & development as required
  • Ensure all staff are clearly focused on the need to satisfy the customer and are given
  • the opportunity to use their individual skills
  • To ensure adherence to all relevant HR policies and a working knowledge of the
  • legislation that supports these
  • Ensure high levels of employee engagement and foster positive culture
  • Continually seek developmental initiatives for the business, and work to implement
  • new and creative ideas to learning and development
