Bestseller Wholesale Ireland and looking for an enthusiastic and experienced People Manager to join our growing HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in Human Resources
- Demonstrable experience of working in Human Resources and continually looking
- for ways to improve and deliver to high standards
- Experience of working in a commercially focused environment, dealing with
- changing situations
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the
- business is essential to the success of this role
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills & Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects/deadlines
- Continually seek to improve ways of working, both in role and across the wider
- business
- Ability to think critically and find workable solutions to situations
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all employee related queries for wholesale and retail
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment, knowledge sharing best
- practice about ways of working at all times
- Manage any employee relations cases or issues that may arise
- Performance management and succession planning for all employees
- Oversee the recruitment process including conducting interviews
- Oversee new hire process and exit process
- Lead on trainings and learning & development as required
- Ensure all staff are clearly focused on the need to satisfy the customer and are given
- the opportunity to use their individual skills
- To ensure adherence to all relevant HR policies and a working knowledge of the
- legislation that supports these
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement and foster positive culture
- Continually seek developmental initiatives for the business, and work to implement
- new and creative ideas to learning and development
