SNV is looking for an energetic and diligent People Officer /Management Assistant to become the essential link within our Global People team. This role supports the Director of People in leading our People, Talent, Culture practices and ensures smooth People Operations.
- Duration: 1 year with opportunity to an indefinite contract

Job Description
Planning, organizing, and managing a variety of tasks, all aimed at empowering the Global People team to deliver maximum value to the organization. This is your idea of a fulfilling role. You manage multiple activities and topics simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview. Your main responsibility will be managing the agenda and calendar of the Director of People. You will also keep track of budgets and support tend processes and service contracting.
You will continuously find ways to enhance our People processes and develop solutions tailored to our organization’s needs. You will also assist the Talent team in coordinating and administering key People Cycle processes, such as performance reviews. Additionally, you own the People team’s intranet site and related communications (SharePoint).
You have a keen eye for detail, with strong organizational skills, quick to pick things up, and well-versed in Microsoft Office. You have a basic understanding of HR Information Systems and excel in written and spoken English. Most importantly, you love making a meaningful difference while working in a multicultural, global environment.
