As People Operations Specialist at Mentimeter you are part of the People and Workplace Operations team. We are all about designing, implementing and managing people centric, impactful and out of the ordinary people processes and workplace experiences that support us in accelerating business success.
OUT OF THE ORDINARY PEOPLE PROCESSES AND EXPERIENCES (60% OF YOUR TIME)
Onboarding process and experience management
- Work with the operational management and enhancement of our general onboarding journey and practices to boost engagement, create a sense of belonging and setting people up for success.
- Overseeing and managing the onboarding of people in our HRIS system (Personio)
Performance Development Cycle management
- Work with the operational management and continuous enhancement of our mid year and year end Development Cycles practices and procedures to support people’s performance and growth.
Employee Engagement Survey management

- Coordinate the preparation, roll out and results follow up of our Employee Engagement Survey to enable business success.
Salary Process management Work with the management, delivery and continuous enhancement of our yearly salary process and procedures to ensure we deliver on our salary policy.
- Act as the bridge to payroll in coordinating updates of salaries in our payroll and HRIS system (both YE and continuously)
Compensation and Benefits management
- Advise and support our people in Payroll-related questions in regards to for example parental leave policies, sick leave, leave of absence, and care of sick children.
- Act as key partner to Payroll regarding benefits administration and collaborate with insurance providers and benefits partners as well as reporting to statutory agencies..
Offboarding process and experience management
- Ensure best of breed offboarding journey to ensure zero friction and green exits.
- Overseeing and managing the offboarding of people in our HRIS system (Personio)
THE EXPERIENCE WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE
- 4-6 years of experience from a People and Culture or organisational development role
- Proven skills in the management of complicated projects with high stakes and many stakeholders
- You have a degree in Business. Economics or a relevant field
- Experience from working in a mature SaaS scale up is highly meriting

Responsibilities:
The role provides a wide range of tasks and responsibilities related to the responsibility themes listed below. Depending on the responsibility theme you might take on the role of a project/process manager or project/process team member. You will also support individuals and leaders as the subject matter expert on our peoples processes, practices and policies. Where you end up spending your time will be a triangulation of the team’s roadmap, your competences and expertise as well as interests and passions.
