JOB SUMMARY

This role is integral to MDRR’s commitment to a positive workplace culture, combining responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Record Management. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to create a seamless candidate journey. You’ll also support Employee Experience by administering the Learning & Development program and assisting HR leadership in creating a supportive environment. Additionally, you’ll ensure secure, organized, and compliant Record Management systems. This position is essential for building an engaged, high-performing team and a streamlined, supportive workplace.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Current HR certificate, a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, listen actively, and understand diverse employee perspectives, fostering trust and connection across teams.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high level of professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities as needed to adapt to changing priorities.
