MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Experience in payroll and benefits management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
