THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for a dynamic People Operations Manager to join our Riyadh team and lead the HR Shared Services function. This role is pivotal to ensuring our HR practices align with local labor laws while creating a seamless and efficient employee experience. Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, advising leadership on changes and implementing best practices.
- Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with both local requirements and Foodics’ values.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
- Lead and manage the People Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and accurate documentation.
- Support talent management processes, such as workforce planning and performance management, in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing in partnership with the Finance team.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and company-wide surveys.
- Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting Foodics’ mission and growth.
