As People Operations Manager (all genders) you will be responsible for smooth and compliant HR operational processes - according to German but also other European local law requirements. You will make sure our international talents’ HR-processes run smoothly with our local partners and if needed you will handle the HR set up in further European countries for future talent.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the operational human resources administration for our German-based and employees located in other European countries (in close collaboration with local partners)
  • You will act as first contact person for our (international) employees and managers regarding any HR administration question
  • Together with the team, you continuously review and improve our HR processes, by respecting the corresponding local labor law and our internal compliance requirements
  • Furthermore, together with the team, you will design as well as implement new processes where necessary and continuously improve existing processes
  • You will support our Payroll with the German but also international payroll and benefit management
