Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Reporting into our Head of People, you will manage, coach and develop a team of People Advisors, ensuring high performance to support our people team, company goals & initiatives. As a member of our People Team 1st Line, you will collaborate with peers and partner closely with key stakeholders across the business in the development and execution of our people strategies. We’re seeking a creative problem solver who is passionate about technology, data and getting to know our business. SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Management, coaching and development of direct reports to develop a high performing team
  • Provision of accurate, timely global HR reporting to enhance decision making
  • Provision of accurate and timely payroll input for UK, Australia, Canada & Germany.
  • Overall management and improvement of global HR systems including Red Gate’s HRIS (IRIS Cascade) and benefits platform Ben)
  • Management and coordination of Redgate’s global management training program.
  • Administration of the full employee life cycle for UK, Australia, Canada & Germany, including all onboarding, offboarding, global secondments (relocations), off payroll working and maintenance of all HR records.
  • Operational management and improvement of global annual salary review, including compensation benchmarking data
  • Ensuring Redgate’s UKBA licensing and compliance, maintaining our A level sponsor rating, and adherence to global right to work legislation
  • Management and improvement of Redgate’s global benefits offering, to ensure we remain competitive and aligned with our flexible-hybrid working environment
  • Work closely with global offices to ensure (where appropriate) consistency and continuous improvement of global policies, procedures, systems and processes and all things ‘self-service’ to ensure ‘fit to scale’, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Management of central people team budgets and invoice approval process.
  • Management of the People Team annual ‘business as usual’ workstreams ensuring the smooth and efficient running of people operations.
  • Provide advisory support to the business partners on all aspects of people operations
  • Taking the lead on People team projects, policy development and ensuring Redgate’s contracts of employment are in line with global employment legislation
  • Perform such other tasks as are consistent with the general description and in support of the Head of People Team
