As lead for People Operations, you will manage a small team of People Advisors across different offices to deliver a set of core people services. In partnership with the wider People Team, your role involves driving innovation, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring our People Operations strategies are forward-thinking and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all People Ops products including Onboarding, Benefits, HRIS, Payrolls, HR Tech stack, Engagement Survey, Performance Review, Mobility, Offboarding
- Key point of escalation, collaborating with People Partners, Talent Team, and other departments to ensure smooth People operations.
- Provide operational support to managers and employees on People-related enquiries, guidelines and processes.
- Lead efforts to enhance the People service delivery model, utilising technology and process improvement strategies.
- Bring attention to relevant legal and compliance matters, monitoring employment law and regulation changes in the markets we operate that may impact People operations, implementing necessary adjustments to processes and guidelines.
- Work with external suppliers to manage global benefits programs and monitor supplier performance.
- Support the global People team in defining market-relevant total rewards programs and the tools used to administer those programs
- Provide operational support for People processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, offboarding culture and engagement initiatives that drive high performing teams
- Coach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee initiatives across the whole employee lifecycle
- Partner with People Partners to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
