Responsibilities:

Respond to employee inquiries on all People Operations-related topics
Maintain physical and digital personnel records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Manage the administrative aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes
Keep HR databases and systems up to date (e.g., Personio, ZEP); experience with Workday is a plus
Draft recommendation letters, job reference letters, and other employment attestations
Plan, implement, administer, and create employment contracts
Prepare reports and presentations related to People Analytics for internal communications
Provide advice on national labor law and compliance guidelines, staying current and confident in your knowledge
Manage internal processes related to relocation, work permits, residence permits, etc., serving as the point of contact for our international employees
Support monthly payroll preparation and coordinate changes with our external payroll provider
Initiate and contribute to projects focused on process optimization and company culture
