The Successful candidate will have…
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field
A minimum of 3 years as an HR Coordinator
Strong HR admin and coordination skills, attention to detail, and organization.
Experience with a HRIS, preferably Workday
Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and Industrial Relations
Excellent verbal and written communication, professionalism, and discretion.
Responsive and proactive support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Ability to work effectively, build relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.
