ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are now looking for a People Operations Internship to start a journey in our People Department.
You will handle activities related to people administration in line with current processes/procedures and local rules/regulations. You will perform analysis, looking for improvements on processes and tools and participate in People projects; you will also support the team on local vendors and contracts management.
To be successful in this position you should have a great familiarity with data and numbers and be capable to handle sensitive information. You’ve also good knowledge of labor legislation and legal/contractual aspects.
The position will also have relation and cooperation with other organizations (finance, legal, sourcing, …) and will be based in Rome.
