Logpoint, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, stands as a European cybersecurity force and we are now looking for our new People Operational Specialist to join our People and Culture team, reporting directly to our VP of People & Culture.

You will be part of an ambitious and fun-loving global P&C team divided between Kathmandu and Copenhagen. We are dedicated to creating a culture of belonging and a healthy organizational that delivers amazing business results.
Your day to day:
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee data (personal data, contracts, benefits and more)
- Be the ‘go to person’ for all operational questions (with the support of the team)
- Producing and analyzing relevant data on staff topics (absence, compliance training completion, benefits overviews etc.)
- Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely data collection, delivery of salary data analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement KPIs
Your professional toolbox:
- 2 + years of experience within HR / People and Culture Administration and experience with HR analytics.
- Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Good understanding of HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, time to hire, compensation analysis,

- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a small team
- Tech curious and have a natural interest in new trends and possibilities within AI tools
- Strong and confident in English (it is our corporate language – additional languages an advantage but not a must to be successful)
