Logpoint, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, stands as a European cybersecurity force and we are now looking for our new People Operational Specialist to join our People and Culture team, reporting directly to our VP of People & Culture.

If you’re motivated by shaping your own role and having a day-to-day that varies from admin task to establishing new processes and analyzing data then this is the role for you.
You will be part of an ambitious and fun-loving global P&C team divided between Kathmandu and Copenhagen. We are dedicated to creating a culture of belonging and a healthy organizational that delivers amazing business results.

Your day to day:

  • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee data (personal data, contracts, benefits and more)
  • Be the ‘go to person’ for all operational questions (with the support of the team)
  • Producing and analyzing relevant data on staff topics (absence, compliance training completion, benefits overviews etc.)
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely data collection, delivery of salary data analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement KPIs

Your professional toolbox:

  • 2 + years of experience within HR / People and Culture Administration and experience with HR analytics.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, time to hire, compensation analysis,

  • Tech curious and have a natural interest in new trends and possibilities within AI tools
  • Strong and confident in English (it is our corporate language – additional languages an advantage but not a must to be successful)
