Demonstrates some abilities and/or proven record of success in, providing operational support for entry level and experienced recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

  • Executing on the Onboarding sourcing and on-boarding support services strategy and related effectiveness metrics enabled through technology, systems and process protocols;
  • Managing outreach protocol with relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintaining proven working relationships with market sourcing teams, Human Resources, US Security, Learning and Education, Records Management and Ethics and Compliance;
  • Identifying effectiveness and efficiency opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the execution of centralized sourcing and on-boarding efforts;
  • Conducting business performance analysis of actual results against targeted for on-boarding activities. Identify and apply best practices for review/implementation with coach and National Onboarding Leader;
  • Monitoring and tracking trends in the onboarding space utilizing contact management tools;
  • Communicating support strategy to sourcing/on-boarding teams and oversee execution of team efforts in support of LoS and Business Services market based activities;
  • Collaborating with market LoS and Business Services sourcing teams to assess effectiveness of onboarding support services;
  • Managing workstreams within the team as well as direct reports;
  • Determining and managing team activity workflow and job priorities for compliance related tasks such as contact center, registration process, Independence, Background check process, and others as necessary;
  • Supporting performance evaluation process and recruiting of individual personnel within Team
  • Facilitating prioritized and consistent usage of shared services resources;
  • Leading, in collaboration with leadership, on all hiring/dismissal decisions within on-boarding team;
  • Taking responsibility for the growth & development of staff, ensuring consistency in role application and career path progression of all team members; and,
  • Collaborating with a network of key client and stakeholders.
