PEOPLE OPS AND OFFICE MANAGER, FULL TIME, ESOP

AudioStack is looking for a People Ops and Office Manager based in London, who wants to apply their skills and experience to take their career to the next level.
This is an exciting role within AudioStack with enormous growth potential. Your goal is work across the company and to help us scale our people function. You’ll have a say in designing and improving our processes along with the trust and autonomy to make those decisions. Working alongside our Ops lead, Hugo, this is a great opportunity to make an impact at a business wide level!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in building great businesses.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Personable, likeable and professional.
  • The ability to think outside of the box and come up with new processes.
  • Proficiency in professional English.
  • Spanish language skills (a plus, but not required).
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

People Ops and Recruitment for AudioStack’s offices

  • Draft and post job descriptions for open positions on Workable.
  • Review and filter incoming candidate applications.
  • Potentially conduct initial introductory calls with candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and meetings with colleagues for next rounds.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of employee handbooks.
  • Manage time-off requests and maintain related records.
  • Manage employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews, training and development programs.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building and workshops.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze HR-related data to identify trends and insights.
  • Optimize and keep HR software up to date for efficient operations

Responsibilities:

People Ops and Recruitment for AudioStack’s offices

Office Management for our offices

  • Act as the point of contact for our offices in London and Barcelona
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and groceries.
  • Assist in asset management, buying, registration and admin tasks
  • Maintain office organization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
  • Help organize and coordinate events.
  • Help on admin tasks for the company.
