As a People Ops Lead you will lead a team of People Ops Specialists that support and guide consultants throughout their employment journey, ensuring they are fully integrated, supported, and engaged from the onboarding process to their exit. The goal is to optimise the consultant’s experience, boost their performance, foster motivation, and contribute to retention by aligning their career aspirations with company objectives.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new consultants, coordinating logistics and providing necessary resources.
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as timesheets and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Career Development: Guide consultants in creating and achieving career goals, facilitating training and development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support consultant motivation and engagement.
- Retention: Collaborate on retention strategies, including internal mobility opportunities, to foster consultant loyalty and growth.
- Exit Management: Oversee the consultant offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies.
- Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any other equivalent/relevant field.
- General Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry.
- Experience in team leading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Knowledge of career development and performance management.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes.
- Capability to speak, understand, read and write English at a professional level.
