THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll work closely with managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, providing guidance, coaching, and support to create a high-performance, engaging work environment.

• Partner with teams to align people plans with business strategy.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Advise on organisational changes, including restructures and acquisitions.
• Manage talent processes, including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and coach managers to enhance team capability.
• Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations cases, from performance to grievances.
