The role of the People Partner is to strategically partner with assigned departments or regions to enhance employee engagement, manage employee relations, and support talent development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling
  • grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Implement performance management processes,
  • supporting managers in reviews and managing
  • performance improvement plans
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and collect
  • feedback to improve the employee experience
  • Support change management initiatives by facilitating
  • communication and training
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify
  • development needs and support career growth
  • Travelling regularly between offices to build relationships
  • with the teams they partner with

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in performance management and driving engagement initiatives
  • Skilled in change management and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
