We are looking for a creative and driven team member with a curiosity and passion for the People function that has a particular skill set and appetite for employment relations.
With a strong People generalist background, the successful People & Performance Partner or Senior Advisor will be responsible for continuing to scale a high-performing global team and culture.
You may be who we’re looking for if you love collaborating with other members of the People team and People Leaders, but can equally get out there and create your own content or drive your own initiatives. You’re experienced in all aspects of people remit, able to maintain multiple projects at once, keep on top of projects and maintain strong relationships. We are looking for someone that is passionate and will hustle to achieve excellent results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing support to people leaders across the full people spectrum, including but not limited to, performance management and employment relations, role changes, onboarding and leavers, engagement, L&D, KPIs and remuneration.
  • Supporting and advising Crimson employees with day to day people queries.
  • Providing project management support for Crimson’s People programs.
  • Proactive improvement of our employment brand, and people processes across the team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
  • Working to support leaders with all relevant contractual paperwork for new employees and contractors globally.
  • Assisting the People & Performance team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company
  • Maintaining HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data.
