Description:
To provide strategic HR advice, direction, and expertise to designated leadership teams within NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight/ Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System/ Primary Care to support the delivery of high quality health and care services to our population To partner with local leadership teams to provide a range of high quality HR interventions using a pragmatic and solution based approach which support the implementation of the NHS People Plan, broader organisational objectives and corporate values. To lead on the development, planning and implementation of designated National, Regional, NHS and HR change initiatives and programmes, including development and implementation of effective policies and which best fit the needs of a successful and developing organisation
