THE ROLE
Zattoo seeks a People Partner (m/f/d) to join our People Operations Team in Berlin to cultivate an inspiring employee experience and foster an environment in which teams are enabled to perform at their best while achieving our business goals. You will be the trusted partner to our leaders, providing expert advice, guidance and support in all aspects of People. You build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of Zattooies. You use your positive energy, experience, expertise, business acumen and passion for people to design and deliver fit-for-purpose and pragmatic People solutions within your respective units.
In alignment with company and People strategy and in partnership with stakeholders in People Ops and across the company, you deliver people-centric projects that make Zattoo a better place for our Zattooies to foster and shape an outstanding employee life line.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on all levels to address and resolve a wide variety of topics around employee relations, talent development and career progression
- Support and advise leaders and team members in addressing and resolving performance management or employment challenges
- Develop strong trust-based relationships across a range of stakeholders so that you keep a pulse on the needs of our Zattooies
- Closely collaborate with other People Team functions to deliver best in class people and leadership support to drive organizational effectiveness in your respective functions
- Ensure compliance and follow-up of processes, projects, and policies
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and organizational effectiveness, using data and insights to make smart decisions and translate them into our People roadmap
- Manage processes and administration in our HRIS tool (Personio)
- Own the planning, design and execution of your roadmap deliverables in alignment with our company values and People strategy
