We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can step into the role with confidence, leveraging their expertise to make an immediate impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, shaping leadership capability, managing end-to-end change, and driving people-focused initiatives that help our team thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Solid background in HR practices, processes, and relevant employment legislation
- Proven experience in managing employment relations cases, including investigations and performance management
- A track record of leading people through change
- Skills in facilitating workshops to identify talent and uplift capability
- Expertise in advising and coaching leaders on a range of people-related matters
- Confident in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration
- Ability to leverage data and insights for strategic decisions and market trends
- Opportunities to lead or contribute to key projects and mentor others in the tea
