Description:

WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR HR TEAM, SPECIFICALLY SUPPORTING KENT AND MEDWAY MEDICAL SCHOOL (KMMS). KMMS IS A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF KENT, CANTERBURY CHRIST CHURCH UNIVERSITY AND KENT AND MEDWAY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, CREATED TO BE A BEACON FOR FIRST-CLASS MEDICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.

Partnering with KMMS, you will help shape, develop and deliver people management priorities, driving a high-performance culture. You will support KMMS achieve its strategic objectives working collaboratively with both Universities and our NHS partnerships.

  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent and demonstrable experience
  • Extensive experience of providing generalist HR guidance and support
