People Partner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join the team and work from Walthamstow local authority. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships within the organisation. This People Partner position requires a blend of human resources expertise, data analysis skills, and effective communication abilities to support our operational goals and enhance overall performance.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably at a managerial or people partner level.
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information and present findings clearly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results through collaboration.
  • A solid understanding of current HR trends and best practices is highly desirable.
    People Partner rate is £42.50ph, on temp contract

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Utilise HRIS systems such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to manage employee data and streamline processes.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract top talent.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for workforce planning and development.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and organisational goals.
  • Monitor compliance with employment legislation and best practices in human resources management.
