Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated, organised and purpose-driven human resource professional to join our People team to deliver global People strategies that support the broader business goals.
Reporting to the Head of People Partners, the People Partner is responsible for providing contemporary human resource advice, solutions and coaching to business leaders and will develop People Plans that consider the full lifecycle of employment and human resources practices including organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, culture, change, talent, career growth, employee relations and wellbeing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Proactively partnering with clients, providing trusted HR advice and guidance to managers and employees;
Leading and contributing to projects that support the Australian Region people strategy;
Coaching and supporting managers through performance management scenarios providing frameworks, advice and counsel in line with policies and legislation;
Assisting in developing an inclusive and engaged culture that fosters wellbeing and employee satisfaction;
Developing aligned HR strategies, policies and practices for the business unit/function;
Maintaining up to date knowledge of HR legislation and practices.
