Manufacturing Operations in Civil Aerospace is at the heart of delivering what we do best – manufacture, assemble and test our world class engines. Working in the Civil Aerospace People Team you’ll be leading on the People priorities across both Manufacturing and Functional teams as we accelerate our transformation journey to deliver a step change in performance. As a key member of the team you can expect:

  • Partnering the leadership team in mobilising the people strategy and driving the business plan, bringing the latest HR insights
  • Coaching the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex people issues
  • Supporting leaders with their personal development and alignment to our leadership expectations.
  • Providing employee relations advice aligned with the context of the business area.
  • Managing people change programs in your business area and beyond.
  • Implementing site level organisational change aligned to People / Business agenda.
  • Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda, diagnosing business problems and using tools to identify the levers which will maximise organisational performance.
  • Develop effective talent and capability development plans to deliver strategic workforce plans and build an environment that supports our people to be at their best.
  • Deliver resourcing plans to meet business commitments
  • Working collaboratively with our broad people team network including our Global People Services team.
