Description:

We are excited to partner with a highly innovative technology client, looking for a HR People Partner to join their busy and expert HR team.
Supporting a business division of 350-400 employees, the HR People Partner will work with the lead of this fast paced and demanding division with hands-on HR support, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling the people agenda.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hands-on HRBP role in a large, matrix style organisation
  • CIPD qualified with a strong working knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
  • Experience of managing complex ER casework is essential
  • Performance driven mindset with experience of managing cyclical processes, including promotions, reviews and bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your business area to develop and implement the people agenda, ensuring alignment to the global people strategy
  • Enable a high-performance culture, through strong performance management and talent development
  • Working alongside the Policy Specialist on complex ER cases
  • Support and coach Business Leads and Line Managers to develop and optimise people management capability
  • Coaching Business Leads and Line Managers and their people to ensure the effective delivery of cyclical processes, including Mid, Year End and promotion processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business partnering processes and policies
